SmartEquip e-CommercePro Enterprise system expands
product support offering globally for JLG
Norwalk, CT and McConnellsburg,

hydraulic excavators, has expanded its global parts and service
support capabilities through the launch of SmartEquip’s e-CommercePro
Enterprise™ system. Accessible from JLG’s Online Express®
system’s Internet website, enhanced parts, service and support
capabilities include real time inventory searches, fully integrated
on-line order entry, and real-time order status. Operator
manuals are now available online to support global customers
in multiple languages, including French, German, Dutch, Italian,
Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian,
and Russian.
The e-CommercePro Enterprise system
provides a single source for parts and service documenta-tion,
including intelligent electronic parts catalogs, easily accessed
operator manuals, troubleshooting guides, safety notices,
and equipment specifications. Integrated to the manufacturer’s
business system, e-CommercePro Enterprise also includes ordering
and tracking capabilities for parts purchased electronically
via the Internet.
