We were introduced to SmartEquip via our partnership with RSC.  As RSC standardized on SE across the board, so did its supplier network.  Since that time, we have onboarded upwards of 30+ partners and added manuals for our entire rental portfolio of products.

Being one of the early adopters of SE has been very beneficial for us.  The immediate access to our manuals has been instrumental in supporting our rental partners.  The EDI integration with our ERP has also significantly improved our order processing time for this highly time critical group of customers.

Just from the OEM perspective, we see a much lower call volume looking for part numbers and requesting pricing.  When we did the study a few years ago we estimated a 25% cost savings on the workload reduction alone.  We also estimate that the ease of access to our manuals has improved sales +10% on the rental aftermarket side.
