By linking PoR’s Internal Repair Order (IRO) and Purchase Order (PO) system with a fleet’s suppliers on the SmartEquip’s Network, users can identify, order, and track parts directly against specific machines without manual data entry.
Automated Cataloging & Item Coding
SmartEquip identifies the machine and leverages PoR data to ensure accurate tracking through its EquipmentID or SerialNo, pre-filtering by model and configuration to save lookup time.
Electronic Ordering & Real-Time Sourcing
Technicians use the SmartEquip cart to source parts efficiently without manual handoffs by utilizing pick lists for internal transfers, order consolidation for bulk discounts, and real-time inventory checks directly from Point of Rental.
Automated PO Creation & Faster Re-Rental
Once the order is submitted, the integration synchronizes the data back to Point of Rental to close the loop with PO creation, part status and inventory count updates.
