Q: Can you describe your role at SmartEquip?
A: I am a customer/application support team member assisting primarily with price files, content submissions, and the enhanced catalog process.
Q: Can you describe your SmartEquip journey?
A: Seven going on 8 years! I started in 2017 with little knowledge of our application and now assist with major changes to a customer's content and pricing they display. The journey involved a good amount of time, effort, and a lot of tea.
Q: What are you reading or listening to (book, podcast, music) right now?
A: Currently reading "Heros" by Joe Abercrombie – the second book in one of his many trilogies. He seems bent on making me fully interested in this world he's crafted and having me buy all his books.
Q: What is your favorite motivational quote?
A: That's a tie between "Little by little, a little becomes a lot" and "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection."
Q: What is your favorite vacation destination?
A: My bias would say Barbados, as my entire family is from there but, I haven't been there since I was pretty young. Generally, wherever the family is meeting is usually good enough for me (usually).
